How do I start a new club?
- Fill out the Club Proposal Google Form (QR code on the Club Proposal Slip or linked here). This is the full form that StuCo will review with goals and purpose of your club. Club Proposals can only be submitted by December 1st.
- Fill out the Club Proposal Slip (found in the Main Office or embedded below). These have the signatures you need to gather from your club advisor and sign yourself.
- Place the slip with the signatures in Mr. Gibson’s mailbox in the Main Office. The Student Council needs to receive the slip with signatures before the proposal is reviewed.
- Student Council will review the Proposal Form.
- If you are approved, the principal (Mr. Mac) will review the request, and decide whether to approve/reject then.
- If you are recommended for reapplication, you will be notified of the recommendation and reasoning.
- If you are approved by Mr. Mac, congrats! Your club will be placed on the StuCo Club Hub.
What comes next?
- No worries. Student Council will ask for a mid-year report checking in on your progress, and an end-year report summarizing what you have done for the year.
