The Club Census process is designed to determine the existing clubs in McNair and their status. All clubs, invitation-only or not, should fill out the form, in order to keep better record of the clubs in the school.

  1. Fill out the Club Census Form (individually emailed to student leaders and advisors). Please fill out this form by November 24, 2024 (the extended deadline is December 1, 2024).
  2. Student Council will review the Census Form.
    1. If audited, Student Council will give a reason for auditing.
      1. If approved, you will be notified of your approval.
      2. If recommended for modification, you will be notified of the reasoning.
    2. If approved, you will be notified of your approval.
  3. If you have been audited and approved or just approved, congrats! Your club will be placed on the StuCo Club Hub.
