The Club Census process is designed to determine the existing clubs in McNair and their status. All clubs, invitation-only or not, should fill out the form, in order to keep better record of the clubs in the school.
- Fill out the Club Census Form (individually emailed to student leaders and advisors). Please fill out this form by November 24, 2024 (the extended deadline is December 1, 2024).
- Student Council will review the Census Form.
- If audited, Student Council will give a reason for auditing.
- If approved, you will be notified of your approval.
- If recommended for modification, you will be notified of the reasoning.
- If approved, you will be notified of your approval.
- If you have been audited and approved or just approved, congrats! Your club will be placed on the StuCo Club Hub.
What are possible reasons for auditing?
- Lack of members
- Lack of meetings or measured impact
- Overlapping purpose to another club
